Important Update – Coronavirus (COVID-19)
24th March 2020
Following the announcement from the Government on the 23rd March 2020, we are now working from home and the office has been closed until further notice.
What this means to you as a learner
Distance learners will continue as normal, but there exams and mock exams will be held over until a time when it is deemed safe to open the office and carry out tests.
Centre learners for maths and English have been offered the opportunity to become remote learners and have been sent instructions on how to do this. If you are a centre learner and you have not received this communication please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
IT learner’s courses have been suspended until a time when it is deemed safe to re-open the office and carry out tests, in line with government guidelines
All testing has been suspended. Your tutor is aware of your progress and will contact you once dates become available for testing.
We recognise that for all of us, these are extraordinary times and I want to personally reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure a seamless experience during this difficult time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and to thank all the staff who are working incredibly hard to find ways to support our learners and keep them safe.
We need to keep the staff employed and the company going through this difficult time. So if you are aware of anyone who would like to undertake their maths and English courses to help them in their current, role, move on to apprenticeships or gain entry to university,
please recommend they contact us by phone or email. We are still carrying out Remote Enrolment and Learning for anyone that meets the funding criteria and it is something that can be done whilst in self-isolation, which will be beneficial as we move forward from this situation.
Many thanks and, please, stay safe.
